The Eighth Grade Project Presentations, which will be held at the Main Campus on Thursday, May 1st at 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, are the capstones of the Waldorf experience for our eighth grade students. These projects allow our oldest scholars to choose for themselves what they wish to study, and then bring back what they have learned to their community.  Every eighth grader has sought an outside mentor who has guided them throughout the year in learning more about their chosen skill.

       

This year's topics are scuba diving, photography, taxidermy, musical composition, drawing, jewelry making, and clothing design .  The presentations the students wish to share with you are the result of their own initiative, curiosity, courage, and fortitude.

We invite the entire school community - all students, parents and caregivers, teachers, staff, board members, and families and friends of the 8th graders - to support the extraordinary efforts of our students and celebrate Waldorf education by attending.
